Bang & Olufsen has debuted its new Beovision Harmony television; a device which can do more than just broadcast video content.
The television set has been available since April, and it remains relevant to this day. It comes with mechanical, rotating speakers, which can turn your TV into a sculptural object. Also, when the screen is inactive, the TV sits on the floor. Then, it lifts when you turn it on; speakers fall down, and the screen lifts.
Think of it like a butterfly opening its wings.
The Beovision TV has a 77-inch LG C9 OLED screen. The speakers are a three-channel, fully active DSP-based sound system, and they have a unique build as well. Each unique visual pattern is made with changing bands of both aluminum and oak; the best for acoustic performance.
With the TV, you also get a 7.1 surround sound decoder, which can connect up to 8 Beolab speakers.
Concerning smart capabilities, the Harmony comes with streaming services like Deezer and TuneIn. It also connects with Apple AirPlay 2 and it has both Bluetooth and Chromecast. The webOS 4.5 platform comes free, so you can use YouTube, Amazon, and Netflix. In a year where technological advancements were abundant, this stands out for sure.
Bang & Olufsen believe that TVs can be a part of the design in any home, and not just stick out. The Beovision Harmony is a beauty to look at, and you can’t deny the smart features and great design as well.
