DMX’s Casket on Monster Truck for his Funeral Procession

 A monster truck carrying the casket containing the body of rapper DMX led a funeral procession Saturday from Yonkers to the Barclays Center in New York. DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was taken to a hospital April 2 and spent several days on life support after suffering a “catastrophic cardiac arrest.” He died April 9. He was 50. A private memorial for him is at 4 p.m. While it is restricted to only friends and family because of the coronavirus, it will be livestreamed. His funeral is at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
